2.What is included with my LLC Formation Order? Our basic LLC Service package includes unlimited name searches until an acceptable name is found and the professional preparation, submission and administration of the filing documents and process required to form an LLC in your state. You submit a simple questionnaire and we take care of all the details. We work directly with the State to handle the filing and you are kept updated via email throughout the entire process. We also offer a registered agent service if needed and additional post formation add-on services for those who are interested in those services. |
3.How long does it take to form an LLC?The processing time to form an LLC varies by state. However, with our regular LLC service, we prepare and submit formation documents no later than 5 days after we receive payment and a properly completed questionnaire from our customers. If you check with other services, you will find that this is one of the fastest turnaround times available. Once papers are filed with the state, the remaining time depends on the State. Some states will form on the same day while other states can take as long as 6-8 weeks. Please check our webpage with filing times/fee schedule on our site for your state's timeframes. You can access LLC Fees and Timing We also offer EXPEDITED services in most states. With our expedited filing service which costs an additional $100, we prepare and submit formation documents the next business day after receipt of payment and a properly completed questionnaire. The filing is made as an expedited filing and some states require an additional expedite fee. In expedited cases, an LLC in some states are formed within 2 days but, depending on the state, it could be as long as 5 days to formation. 4.What information do I need to place an LLC Formation Order?When you place an order, you are directed to our easy to follow questionnaire. In the questionnaire you will need to input basic information about you and your LLC such as a few name choices for your LLC, member names and addresses, whether the LLC will be member managed or manager managed, and if you are providing your own registered agent, the name and address of a qualified registered agent in the state of formation. If you purchase additional services from us like EIN# preparation services, more information is needed. |
5.What Optional Services do you offer with LLC Formation?We sell a set of optional services that are available on an a la carte basis so that a customer does not have to buy anything he or she does not want or need. Our optional services include Expedited Services, Registered Agent Services, EIN# Services, Form Operating Agreements, Customized Membership Certificates and Tax Election Form Preparation Services if you want your LLC to be taxed as a corporation (either a C corporation or an S corporation). |
6.How much faster is Expedited Services?We offer one of the fastest expedited services available in the market for our expedited prices. Some offer the same turnaround times but their fees are two to three times as much. Check the details of other providers. With our expedited services, we will prepare the filing by the end of the next business day after we receive your completed questionnaire. We also submit the filing electronically with the State or by prioritized overnight courier. With our expedited services, the filing is submitted as an expedited filing with the State and so gets priority status. Please note that some State charge an extra expedite fee for expedited filings. 7.What is your Registered Agent Service?Every state requires that an LLC have a permanently established registered agent officially appointed as the statutory agent for the LLC to accept service of process and other legal papers delivered to the LLC. This agent is on the public record and in the public databases as the official statutory agent for the LLC. By using a service, you can protect your own privacy. If you would like to purchase registered agent services, the service is an annual service and provides this official agent and address for your LLC. The LLC Expert partners with a national provider specializing in registered agent services. If legal papers are ever delivered to your LLC, you will be notified immediately and the papers will be sent to you by overnight delivery. The registered agent service also includes free access to an online compliance tool to help you keep up with your LLC requirements. |
