The LLC Expert, LLC was co-founded by Amyli McDaniel. Amyli has
15 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and LLC owners
to start, operate, and grow their businesses. She discovered that 90%
of new business owners do not or cannot afford a business attorney to
advise them.

As a result, they unintentionally place their business and
personal assets at risks. She created The LLC Expert to create a place
where LLC owners can have access to helpful resources to teach them
about what is needed for the period of time from formation until they
are able to retain a good business attorney to advise them.

I founded The LLC Expert because I discovered that new business owners were unknowingly creating huge personal liability traps for themselves.

I had seen or heard about one too many business failures and bankruptcies due to lack of business protection planning. Starting a business is a great thing but it is a double edge sword.

It can create financial freedom and security but, without business protection planning, a business creates a growing target and there are just way too many people and predatory lawyers looking for perfect targets to attack.

You are smart enough to know to use a limited liability entity such an LLC for your business. But you may be like most other business owners if you think forming an LLC is all that you need to do.

Don’t become one of the many victims who form an LLC and then do all the wrong things after formation.
